Step 3. Once we receive your cancellation and refund request, our team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the product and service-related issue and try to resolve it.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund within 7 days of the final call.
refund will be credited in your account within 7 days.
 
Please note that we will only issue refunds for services that have not been satisfactorily provided. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the issue could have been resolved or if the request is made after the specified time frame.
